Designed For Love, is really Capturing The Essence Of Romance At Home.. 

We can be dramatic, we can be daring, we can be a little courageous in our approach to dating; especially since we are the other half of the couple who is dating.. yes, it takes two, and we are the other half.  We, ladies, are the other EQUALL half of this dating scene..

Our motto here, is "Taking out the drama and putting in the dramatic", and that's just what Designed For Love is all about.  

So, on with Designed For Love.  Designing for love as far as home interior is concerned has been one of my most treasured and fulfilling activities over the past few years.  Really, romantic values and mindsets became my norm in my home as I grew in this area of being a single woman.. single and out in the world of dating and/or finding male friendships.

What A difference A Day Makes.. 

Has anyone ever really realized how life can take a turn in a whole new direction in the course of just one day?  I sure have.  Morning til night, and things can change without notice; and usually without fail.. 

In romance-  A day can become a lifetime.  It can seem like it has no end; or it can seem like we never want it to end, when we are with the one we love.  It's those times we want most.  We desire that place within that brings so much fulfillment, that we think it should never end and hope it doesn't.  

Well, the good news is, every human being is designed for love.  We all have that innate ability both to love and be loved.  Believing that is one thing we all need to work on, I think anyway.  It's our belief system about love that keeps us from that place of romantic love more often than not.  

Realizing our personal impact on another human being is difficult, when that impact isn't communicated well; or not at all.  The communication of love is the prime reason we can know we are loved.  Communicating that love is the prime reason another human being can know they are loved.. That communication can and does come in a variety of forms; and learning the forms is what it takes.. 

Also, remembering, we are the total difference in our lover's life.. we move on to designing our home for love.. yes, a complete make over for not only us, but our home too.

Designing our home for romantic love doesn't have to be expensive.. it just takes a little bit of thought, some thrift store shopping and a lot of rearranging.  

Textiles are wonderfully interchangable.  Fabric can be placed on the wall instead of wall paper.  Simple strands of inexpensive beads can be gently strewn in and out of a floral arrangement, such as the one Ive shown above..  tin foil can be used to create marvelous works of art..  old picture frames can be redesigned by using sparkling fabrics easy to sew.  So many things can be recycled.  It's so fun to use what we have and things people would never think of in home interior.. especially when romance is the focul point of the romms we are creating.. 

Creating our private romantic get-a-way room or home is the perfect way to help us stay in touch with romantic love..  it sets the mood and the tone for the desire for love and our lover too..  

By creating this space ourselves; we have added ourselves into the room.  It's a reflection of us as a romantic lover.. I've added some videos below, however, I'd never be one to recommend we move out of our budget for designing, but instead become creative romantic artists that can work within our limitations and still achieve our desired end..
